The SAGE "On the Boards" Project of the Year recognizes the developer of an age-qualified or age-targeted [50+] residential community in Southern California that has received some governmental approvals but was not open for occupancy prior to the SAGE submittal deadline of the award year. Projects demonstrate innovative or noteworthy elements and serve as a model for other housing developments.
