Director - Rita Lamkin
Rita Lamkin, MIRM, CAASH, CAPS, CGP and Marketect of Preface50+Marketing, provides online consumer research and product programming to resort, community, seniors and shared housing developers. As an adjunct faculty member of UC Irvine Extension, Ms. Lamkin instructs LCDM, MIRM and CAASH professional certificate courses.
Prior to forming Preface50+Marketing in 1997, Lamkin was president of Pacific Gateway Homes and held executive positions for Arvida/Disney and Trammel Crow in Florida and Carambola Golf Club and Resort in St. Croix, USVI. After earning degrees in Communications and Education from CSU Long Beach, Ms. Lamkin began her career with The Irvine Company in Southern California.
