Ralph Spargo has been in the homebuilding and land development industry since starting his career with the Irvine Company in 1974. He has held senior management positions in land and project development, acquisition, planning and project management for leading land developers and homebuilders in Southern California and Hawaii. A licensed California architect, Mr. Spargo has a bachelor degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

For the last five years, as Principal of the 50+5 Development Group, he has been focused on the development of new product prototypes and land use patterns for builders and developers that respond to the changing demographic profiles and consumer trends that will be facing the industry in the future.
