Treasurer - Julia Moore
As Director of Housing at Community Housing Management Services in Cerritos, CA, Julia manages and administers property supervision and compliance requirements for 30 properties consisting of 1,200+ units. She oversees day-to-day operations, owner relations, conducts physical inspections and file auditing, budgeting and capital needs.
Prior to this position, Julia was Asset Manager at LINC Housing Corporation (Long Beach, CA) where she managed assets, audits, inspections, tracked occupancy and managed compliance. In addition to serving as President of the 50+ Housing Council, Julia holds memberships and volunteers with other organizations including the SCANPH Property and Asset Management Steering Committee and AHMA Tax Credit Committee.
Julia holds numerous certificates in property and asset and management from LISC. She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional, a licensed real estate agent and a notary public. In her "spare" time, Julia loves attending classes and seminars in related fields as well as spending time with her family.
